In today's highly dynamic and unpredictable socio-economic context, companies need to be able to manage changes quickly and effectively, otherwise their final product or service may become outdated with respect to customer needs.

I recently had the opportunity to lead a project to implement the agile methodology in a company, which aimed to identify and implement an agile framework that would make it possible to monitor and improve the quality and productivity performance in the company, using modern techniques, exchanging information with the operational teams, and monitoring the project stages in the company, observing and monitoring the progress in the execution of the project, carrying out the analysis and adjustments based on the data provided by the indicators.
To implement agile management practices in this company's activities, the
project was implemented in stages in its operational structure. The division into stages is a strategic approach that was part of the company's decision-making process to obtain
progressive benefits such as: improved communication, faster detection of
discrepancies, effective problem solving and greater flexibility in their
processes.
To facilitate the visualization of the results in the progress of the project, the OKR model was adopted, which is an acronym in English for Objectives and Key Results. In short, OKR is a methodology for breaking down goals based on the definition of objectives, facilitating the analysis of the results obtained through the monitoring of measurable indicators.
The results indicated by the OKRs throughout the implementation of this project always
pointed to a process of progressive and consistent improvement, where the goals
proposals were achieved within the established deadline. No
abnormality that could compromise the advancement of the teams' maturity in pursuit of the proposed goals. The sedimentation of the culture and the progressive gains in confidence, combined with the identification of new and best practices, facilitated by the correct use of the framework, will lead the teams' work to the desired results.
