BUSINESS
DIVESTMENT and Asset Management implemented in the Textile Industry and CLOTHING INDUSTRY
PROJECT
Acquisition process of a national company with national and international operations.
DEVELOPMENT
Right after the ACQUISITION of a competitor in the segment, the BUYER company decided to define a manager to be responsible for evaluating and seeking to identify the best use of PRODUCTIVE and NON PRODUCTIVE assets that would become the company's property.
DELIVERABLE
Identify the most suitable destination for assets that are not of interest to the BUYER and that could then be made available to different destinations in accordance with established policies and generate resources to be applied in the company's "core" activities.
In addition to the work developed for the management of PRODUCTIVE or NON-PRODUCTIVE assets, and classified as available and not available, this same executive accumulated the responsibility to develop proposals and identify the best vocation and destination of the INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES that were part of the list of acquired assets.
RESULTS
In this operation, 5 industrial properties remained, which were analyzed and sold for sale. This action required a lot of dedication, but it generated a significant volume of financial resources and was used to support the company's main operations.
